Welcome to the Fall 2020 Semester! We are optimistic that this will be a great, productive semester. As you know, many departments are operating in a remote/hybrid environment. In order to be fully accessible to our students, The Dept. of Mechanical Engineering Student Services Groups will be launching a “Virtual Front Office” for students. Students will be able to login to a departmental Zoom room for assistance from ME staff. Students may access the front desk via the QR codes on ME office doors, directly clicking the Zoom link, or by visiting megrad.umd.edu. The virtual front office will be open Monday-Friday, from 10am-4pm (with an hour break at 12 noon). Below are the hours and contact information for each ME staff. We look forward to working with you! Schedule Adjustment (August 31st – September 14th):
During the schedule adjustment period I will not have appointments available, only drop-in times to address scheduling or graduation concerns for the fall semester, during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 10:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm -4:00pm
You will need to login to Zoom and stay in the waiting room until I can see you. I will do my best to get to each of you as quickly as possible and will try to update those in the waiting room on their status in the queue.
