Open Rank Teaching Faculty position in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking candidates with a background and ability to teach manufacturing courses in the Mechanical Engineering and Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology baccalaureate programs.  Possible course topics and teaching experience in traditional and advanced manufacturing, mechatronics, and quality control preferred.  Additional responsibilities include student advising and service to the college and the profession. This position carries a teaching load of twelve contact hours per semester.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of a master’s degree in industrial, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering or closely related discipline and five years of full-time practical experience in manufacturing required, preferably in the areas of smart manufacturing and industry 4.0. Ph.D., professional licensure, and college-level teaching experience are preferred.

SCHEDULE:
