As an undergraduate-only liberal arts college with engineering, we offer a teaching focused experience and support for the development of a vibrant research program. We are seeking a colleague that strives to be an engaging teacher by using creative pedagogy, creates an inclusive classroom, and is an active scholar/student research mentor. The Department, the Engineering Division, and the College support the growth and development of our faculty in both their teaching and research. The College provides research start-up funds, as well as annual funds, to support research assistant scholarships and conference travel.
