The University of Minnesota College of Science & Engineering is hiring 60 new faculty members and UMN ME is part of the growth. We’ll conduct searches for four tenure track positions, the first of which will begin in January 2023. The four tenure track positions will focus on future sustainable manufacturing. These hires will align with the following ME disciplinary areas:
Manufacturing, materials, and mechanical design
Thermodynamics and heat transfer
Plasma science and engineering
