|Job Summary:||The successful candidate will teach at both the undergraduate and graduate level, conduct research, advise students, mentor student projects, and participate in recruitment and outreach activities.|
|Position Qualifications:||Minimum requirements are a PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in the field of specialization with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research, and service.|
|Preferred Qualifications||All areas of Mechanical Engineering will be considered, but preference will be given to candidates in the broad area of design. Preference also given to candidates with experience in mentoring and/or leading large project teams.|
