Engineering Tenure Track Faculty – Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering – St. Ambrose University

The Engineering & Physics Department at St. Ambrose University invites applications for a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position, beginning August 2022. Preference will be given to applicants with a Ph.D. (ABD considered) in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field, with special considerations for applications with Mechatronics Skills, including sensors, robotics, data science, machine learning, and modeling and simulation. Responsibilities include: teaching undergraduate and potentially graduate courses in the Engineering and Physics Department; advising students; developing classes in mechatronics and robotics; collaborating with students on projects; assisting with engineering events, student clubs, and organizations. Review of applications will begin November 12th and will continue until the position is filled.
