The Department of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering (https://ame.usc.edu) in the USC Viterbi School of Engineering invites applications for tenure-track or tenured faculty positions at all levels in all disciplines of Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering with particular interests in Robotics and Autonomous Systems, Energy and Sustainability, Design and Manufacturing, and Medicine and Bioengineering, including candidates whose research integrates Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning into these disciplines. Positions are available starting August 16, 2022. Applicants must have earned a Ph.D., or equivalent, degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or a related field by the beginning of the appointment.
